These are the ways you can pay on this site, and exactly what leaves your account when you do.
What we accept
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal. The logos shown at checkout are the methods genuinely available to you: we do not display badges for methods we cannot actually accept.
What you are charged
One amount, once. A$109.00 for the door and A$0.00 for delivery anywhere in Australia. There is no handling fee, no subscription and no recurring charge of any kind. The price shown on the product page is the price that leaves your account. Orders under A$1,000 clear Australian customs with no duty or tax payable on delivery, so nothing further is due when the parcel arrives.
Currency
Every price on this site is in Australian dollars, and you are charged in Australian dollars. If your card is issued outside Australia, your own bank may add a foreign transaction fee. That fee is set by your bank, not by us, and we never see it.
Security
Payments are handled by our payment provider over an encrypted connection. Cankaya Limited never sees or stores your full card number.
When you are charged, and when you are refunded
You are charged when you place the order. If we cannot fulfil it, we refund you in full to the original payment method. Change-of-mind returns within 30 days and faulty goods are covered by our Refund policy, and by the consumer guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law, which we cannot exclude.
