Hengate sells one product: an automatic chicken coop door. We chose to sell one thing so that we could answer any question about it honestly.
Who we are
Hengate is a trading name of Cankaya Limited, a private company limited by shares registered in Hong Kong, Business Registration Number 81047130, registered office Flat 5, 4/F, Won Hing Building, 74-78 Stanley Street, Central, Hong Kong. Every order placed on this site is a contract with that company.
How your order reaches you
We do not hold stock in Australia. When you order, the door is dispatched from our supply partner's warehouse in China within 1 to 2 business days, and reaches you in 7 to 11 business days with tracking. Delivery is free anywhere in Australia, and orders under A$1,000 clear customs with no duty to pay. We tell you this before you buy rather than after, because a delivery date you did not expect is the fastest way to lose your trust.
What we do not claim
This door runs on a timer. It has no light sensor, and we ask you not to rely on it to detect a bird standing in the doorway. We publish no customer reviews, because we have not earned any yet. We show no crossed-out price, because we have never sold this door for more than A$109.
Your rights
The consumer guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law apply to everything we sell and cannot be excluded by anything we write here. You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind. If the door arrives faulty, we replace it or refund you at our cost.
